Issues With Apple TVs

Apple TVs are known to have issues from time to time. Some of the issues that come up, such as not being able to airplay, or the Apple TV not showing up in the Airplay list, can be fixed by a simple restart.

Go into Settings > General > Restart.

The Restart button is at the bottom of the General settings list. Now, be careful not to click on Reset, because that will reset your Apple TV back to Factory default settings and then you will need to submit a ticket after all. ;) 

Most of the time, a simple reboot can fix a myriad of issues, but when something comes up that does not fall into the "most of the time," we will be there to get it working again.
